ResurFX™ is fractional non-ablative resurfacing which addresses skin texture, fine lines, pores, crepey skin, stretch marks, and scars.

Both IPL and ResurFX™ were designed to stimulate collagen, elastin, and gently aid in the natural exfoliation and rejuvenation process of the skin. The number of treatments required can vary depending on several factors, including skin type and the issue being treated.

ResurFX™ laser treatments can be performed on multiple areas of the body.

ResurFX™ treatments include a pre-treatment numbing cream which needs additional time to take full effect, making an appointment around 2 hours.

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) can be combined with a ResurFX™ appointment. This is called a PhotoFractional treatment. Patients are urged to take precautions with sun exposure, abrasive cleansers, and select topicals before and after treatments, and are given detailed instructions for post-treatment care. In most cases, patients may return to most daily activities without delay. This is the beauty of this incredible laser technology that Lumines has created.
